CEO Assessment Timeline

The assessment process is designed to align with your organization’s timeline and ensure readiness for meaningful participation. ASAE’s Assessment of the Association CEO tool prioritizes your organization’s unique information needs, including the confidentiality of participants.

Here’s how the process works

1. Client Intake Questionnaire

After purchasing the assessment, you will receive a Client Intake Questionnaire, which helps us gather key details such as:
   – The organization being surveyed
   – Who within the organization will be invited to participate
   – The designated liaison between your organization and ASAE/AGI
   – Up to 10 custom questions that can be added to the report. Typically, these are goals specific to the organization.

2. Participant Invitations 

Based on your organization’s timeline, ASAE/AGI will send invitations to board members to complete the assessment. 
– We recommend allowing up to 30 days for participants to complete the survey.
– Deadline extensions can be granted at your organization’s discretion.

3. Assessment Benchmarking Report

Once the survey closes, ASAE/AGI will compile the results and deliver the Assessment Benchmarking Report within five days. This report will provide valuable insights and comparisons with peer boards to help guide your next steps.
