Unplanned Exit: Death of the CSE

Unplanned exits cause tremendous anxiety for boards, staff, and members. Of the various types of unplanned exits, none is more upsetting than the death of the CSE. The association’s transition and continuity plan must address what happens if this unfortunate scenario occurs.
